With its unique and patented technology. JIACO-Instrument’s decapsulation tool (to allow for failure analysis in IC packages) has become the industry standard. If you’re that enthusiastic, entrepreneurial individual who likes to work with tons of freedom and fun with the global leaders in the semiconductor space and in a joyful and truly international team, then read further and give us a call to know more.
To expand our dynamic team, JIACO Instruments ( is looking to expand its sales team to drive the growth of its business, optimize customer satisfaction with our top tier clients around the globe and to manage our business partners. This means extensive cold calling (phone) to bring in new clients, selling on trade shows, and regular calls with clients and prospects. We take pride in the fact that every client we have is a reference, both for our technology and our company.
You’re an excellent relationship builder, a trusted person who knows what’s right and what’s wrong, who works independently, but doesn’t go totally solo. You’re creative in finding and developing new sales opportunities and finding in-roads into companies. We meet as a team every Monday (in person or virtual); the other days of the week everyone works from his/her location of choice and we’re in constant consultation with each other via mail, phone and Teams.
Of course you’ll have your personal objectives, but we build success as a team. Apart from doing your job, you’ll enjoy the experience of a seasoned team in the back-ground: A fun and highly educational journey. This role is more about personality, drive and attitude, than highly technical skills. We’ll teach you the technical basics on the job.
You’ll receive daily guidance from the Sales Director (a seasoned sales expert with a funny New Zealand accent) and will closely cooperate with the Sales Engineer in the Amsterdam office. Working location: From the sales office in Amsterdam and from your home office.

•Couple of years of real sales experience (cold calling, pipeline management, developing and closing deals)
•Perseverance, go-do attitude
•The world is your market and that’s your passion
•Relationship development is what you do by nature; you’re a person who’s liked for his/her integrity and for who you are
•Academic thought level, business savvy and street smart
•Fluent in business English in word and writing
•Affection with technology
•True team player, with ability to make critical decisions
